Easy to deal with; only issue is that I have to monitor my tanks to ensure timely refilling - there is no remote monitoring capability provided by Superior. Fortunately my large tank has a volume gauge and I upgraded my smaller tank to one with a gauge too so now it's not a problem.

Appreciate that the automatic deliveries over all these years, starting with Porco, have never, ever been an issue.
2 years ago I was ready to change propane companies. I phoned and talked to management of what I was thinking of doing due to not being happy with service . At that time you sat on hold for such an long time along with waiting then waiting for delivery . She worked with me , locked me into a price and was very nice . Now I am beginning another heating season and called for a delivery , the woman on the was very pleasant , phone was answered right away , and delivery was next day . I do know it’s early in the season and demand is not as much , but I would like to say that these changes have been very nice I have been using first Porco and now your company which adds up to 12 years .
