I made the change I think in August or September and I've been very pleased. First of all, your gas is cheaper in price and I haven't had any problems since I've changed. I would have no problem recommending your company to someone else. I have one question though -- why do you indicate a Hazmat Fee and a Fuel Recovery Free on your bill as separate items? Is the Hazmat Fee broken up among how many customers you have? And what is or does the Fuel Recovery Fee used for or do?
website is helpful. what is NOT helpful is having to pick up the phone and call to request a delivery as an automatic delivery customer. for example, i want to ensure an adequate supply of propane before a storm, yet our capacity is just above the point where it kicks off the auto delivery. simple enough to add a button with a comment section to make such a request.

Reliable service, monitoring my tank and delivering propane when my tank starts to get low, and especially the ability to purchase the equivalent of futures contracts/fractional shares to lock in prices.
