I don't know how to describe the product except for thank God it keeps me warm and keeps my stove going to where I can cook to eat. I have never once ran out because they keep right on top of where the estimate me to be and when I do get a delivery the ones who deliver are extremely happy pleasurable to talk to no matter how cold they might be standing out there doing what they are doing. I thank you for being a great company!

You are good about ensuring that I do not run out of propane. When I did check my tag Monday because we have been baking holiday cookies like crazy the last 3 weeks it was down to 15% and you responded within 24 hours and dropped 150 gallons to ensure I did not run out. That kind of quick response is greatly appreciated as I'm sure you are aware, running out of propane causes way more complications than just the house getting cold. Being out of propane can be the pipes freezing which means lossy house water in many complications upon thawing to include a very real possibility of a large plumbing cause. By you ensuring that we do not run out of propane, we can avoid that whole potential the level, and that peace of mind is everything.

Very professional when we call and when they deliver.

The heater quit working on a very cold day. I didn't know where the monitor was on the tank, so I thought we were out of gas, that maybe they hadn't put me back on the list for automated updates after work was done on our tanks.
I called the office. She said I still had 30%. I said OK and hung up, wondering what the heck I was going to do. The lady called right back (which doesn't happen these days!) and asked what the problem might be, by then I'd checked my preheated oven, it wasn't even warm, so she said she'd send a tech out soon.
A tech came out here very quickly - in very windy, freezing, snowy weather - had to drive 20 minutes out of his way. He checked the monitor, 30% left as they had told me. He turned on the burners - which never occurred to me - they lit. He checked the unit, all seemed fine.
He checked the thermostat - the batteries were dead.
I was VERY embarrassed and apologized a few times, but he never made me feel stupid or acted upset. He said it was better to be safe than sorry.
That's good customer service.
