One call to the service number and a service truck was at my home within the hour. On a Sunday! The Superior Plus Propane team in Rome, NY has always given me great service. When I have called the office the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. The delivery drivers have also been courteous and efficient. When we had a long power outage and I needed an emergency delivery to keep my generator running they responded quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
