We switched from our old company, who'd we'd been using for many years, because Superior Propane was cheaper. What we found out since is that they are also much more attentive. They keep track of our estimated LP gas usage and have never allowed us to run out (which did happen with our old company). Their drivers are also very friendly.

We recently switched to superior from another local company. The transition was seamless! Tom Tryon was helpful, accommodating and a joy to work with. The techs who came to do the physical switching of tanks were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The propane delivery was quick and on time. Twice now I've had to call customer service, the representatives were amazing. They were friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. Judging on our experience so far, we are totally satisfied with our decision to use this company and we would and do highly recommend Superior Propane.

When I moved into my present address, which is a double wide, I set up your service here, Superior Plus does a complete line check, and they found and fixed three leaks under the trailer going to my oven! Thank goodness for your business practices!!
