I have always been impressed by the excellent customer service. Any time I have had a problem or needed assistance the staff has always been very professional. Problems and issues have always been resolved promptly. LP service has always been prompt and without any major issues. i would definately refer others.
Prompt service
I have been a propane customer since 1977 when I lived on nine foot road in Phelps then moved to Florida for several years and now living on Leader Road in Waterloo. Always had great service and never ran out of propane. The only complaint I have is that every year I have to threaten to leave in order to get a better price. I would think that after being a loyal customer for so long that I would be eligible for the best price available without the hassle.
