Your Palmyra truck dispatcher, Kathy Parsons, is the reason I still buy propane from Phelps Sungas. Last November 2022 my home ran out of propane despite my repeated phone calls to your office reminding you I hadn't had a delivery since the previous April... apparently the automatic fuel gauge on the tank was broken, at least hat was their explanation. We use propane for heat, generator, stove. I called delivery scheduling and spoke with Kathy Parsons, who immediately sent propane to my house and arranged o have the broken meter removed. I was so grateful. We have not been without propane since that time..

Well, I got a little nervous with the new way of ordering on-line. The tank got down pretty low but I'll be darned you timed it perfectly. I also thought I was going to have to rob a bank to pay the bill since it was so low but the bill was reasonable.

I like the friendly people that I speak to on the phone and the person that came out recently to replace our propane tanks was very thorough and made sure to point out all the safety precautions we should take regarding shut offs for the tanks and also where the propane line enters our home.
