We have always had timely deliveries. If we have a special need it has always been taken care of in short order. Their cost for propane has always been competitive. I don't see any reason we would ever consider another propane supplier.

I like the helpfulness of the people in the Geneva office. They are always cheerful and efficient when I have a question. I like that you are saving the environment by using electronic billing; however, I am still getting a plastic package on my door knob with an envelope even though I have direct payment. I think you still have a way to go.
