Your team members take pride in what they do. I was impressed with Chris and Troy's professionalism as well as the wall corner guards that are used to prevent any scrapes or scuffs by the equipment. The commercial is true, after cleaning, the carpet feels great on your sock feet!
The gentleman who came and cleaned was very pleasant and asked if I wanted anything else done after he was finished. He also was very considerate and always put on booties to protect my floors. He also asked about the military service and we recieved a discount. I appreciate all he did. I liked the fact that no chemicals were used on the floor. I thought the price was high compared to other carpet cleaning companies.
When done properly(my 1st cleaning last week was inadequate) I live the "like new" look and feel of your cleaning technique! The gentleman(so meant to remember his name!) that came out again that evening did and outstanding job!
The 2 men that did the work came on time (in fact they were a little early). They said it would take an hour and it did take an hour. The carpet dried quickly. We were very pleased with their work. There was an additional charge for neutralizing the carpet for pets, but they were very thorough in their explanation as to why. Your prices are a little higher, but it's quality work and the 2 men that came had excellent customer service. It was worth it :)

The business model the clearly shows respect of a person's home and, what I would like to believe, is no residue left on the carpeting. House respect is demonstrated in the dress of the technicians (long sleeved undershirt with collared button down over it), correctly fitting pants (often with belt), wearing booties in the home, corner protectors. The technicians (and this is my third use of company services) use the cleaning options in a manner that optimizes the final bill; it seems the technicians find a way to provide great service for the most fair price or minor savings.
Zeorez is more expensive than any other cleaning service I've used (which has been about 6 in the Omaha area over the years). I'll pay more for what I perceive as a good customer service business model and more than satisfactory outcome of service.
It dries quickly, and you can see the difference immediately. Paul Lahowetz came out and fixed the areas that I had complained about, and he has great customer service skills, and I would recommend him as the tech to ask for. Thank you
