The compant's response to a request for contact was quickly completed, scheduling was very simple, the email prior to service was very helpful in preparing for the technicians arrival. Technicians called ahead and then did a thorough walkthrough with me. Asking questions and allowing me to share what I wanted and ask questions myself. While performing the service the technicians were very friendly and respected my home and belongings. I would recommend Zerorez in a heartbeat!

Having had our are rugs cleaned by several other prominent companies in the past with very little difference in appearance to having Zerorez make them look near new at such a reasonable price is just amazing. The team was punctual, courteous and professional. They explained everything thoroughly went the extra mile when I asked them to go back over some of our badly stained dinning chairs. No guessing who we'll use the next time.
Technician took the time to explain how the zerorez system works and assessed my home room by room; our primary concern was pet stains from our older dog. The technician did a fantastic job and even gave us recommendations regarding solving our dog's accidents (as he is also a vet tech!) He was able to offer us a fair price which was appreciated since we had a large area to clean. I am looking forward to hosting Christmas in a fresh, clean home. I would highly recommend Zerorez (and our tech, Paul!)

I had trouble with a stubborn pet stain after the first cleaning. Zerorez promptly came back and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
