Costumer service when ordering was great. They were able to make it to my home in less than a week and arrived at scheduled time. I didn't know the dimensions of the rooms and even though quote was slightly off they stuck to the quoted price.

One comment - possibly allow person doing the cleaning to have a business card that way we can call back to request that person or refer that person to a friend.
