I loved the fact that there is no residue left on the carpet. I also appreciated how quickly we were scehduled for our service, and the notification via email and call before they came. The 15-30 call is a life saver when you work so you are not waiting around all day.

Paul, who cleaned my carpet, was excellent. He gladly helped move furniture out of the way. He was very informed about the products. I liked that there was no offensive smell when the job was completed and my carpet looks great!
Our service technician did a great job! Very cordial and respectful! Covered all the details and was very careful while performing the job. We were a little disappointed that the blackness didn't come out of our family room high traffic area.
