workers are friendly and on time. They do a good job of trying to upsell products that you may need. I had one spot that came back or maybe it did not come out completely. Had carpets cleaned at 1pm and I put fans on the carpet and were dry enough to allow people and pets back on them by 7-9pm. Completely dry by next morning. They looked much better! Thank you!

Our vents were in a very sad state and we could tell the difference almost right away. We will be setting up an appointment to have carpets cleaned at a later date.

Since your method of cleaning requires no detergents there is no unwanted residue on my carpet. I did have a pet accident that they were able to remove with no lasting odor left behind.

I especially liked the quick drying time. The carpets were basically dry in 7 hours......just damp.....totally dry by 9:00 with help from our fans.
