Our vents were in a very sad state and we could tell the difference almost right away. We will be setting up an appointment to have carpets cleaned at a later date.

Since your method of cleaning requires no detergents there is no unwanted residue on my carpet. I did have a pet accident that they were able to remove with no lasting odor left behind.
