you sent a tech out to our new house that was a 30 minute drive from town and he was outstanding. I was a few minutes late to our appointment and he didn't show that he is the slightest bit frustration. when he was setting up he put corner guards on every surface that his vacuum hose may have marked up. He noticed a couple of things in the carpet that I didn't and he made great recommendations on the best course of action. I own a service company and this is a guy that I would love to have on staff. Great organization from the administrative office to the service tech.

We were very impressed with Peter and Shawna and their knowledge of the the products used. They explained how they would proceed and the approximate time it would take. They both were respectful and eager to answer our questions. We are still enjoying the orange smell, such a fresh smell in our home. We would highly recommend Zerorez to our family and friends.
