Easy scheduling - great customer service - technicians are awesome - so friendly and professional. The carpet looks 100% better - there were areas that could not be totally restored but not due to the cleaning - age of carpet. I also like that the water is hot and no chemicals. Eddie was great and even though he is younger, he knew his job and provided very professional, good customer service.

Our technician, Jared, was extremely polite and helpful. We have a cat who decided to hide under one of our beds when he started working. He made sure to alert us when she came out so we could grab her and move her to another part of the house out of his way. He answered all of our questions. He worked quickly on the areas we had cleaned. I would definitely recommend Jared and Zerorez to others and would also request him as our technician again.
