Chris, our technician, was great about explaining the cleaning system and the products. We had some pretty tough stains and he was very upfront about the fact that he might not be able to get them out completely. He did a great job though and the size and color of the stains was diminished greatly. Our house smelled clean and the carpets were soft. All of this at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending the service to friends and will use again when we need carpets cleaned again.

We just purchased our home in July of 2017 and inherited this carpet that I am sure was installed and never really cleaned or maintained properly. We never thought that the old dingy carpet in our basement would look so good. After vacuuming it multiple times and trying to treat the smell, we thought that we would have to replace it sooner rather than later. One visit from Zerorez and the carpet is like new. The technician was friendly and willing to answer all of our questions before beginning work on this project. He took time to show us the process along with the gunk that the empowered water was removing from our carpet. The technician worked with an attention to detail and very quickly. The set in stains in the carpet that we never thought could be removed were gone and the technician was willing to walk through and show us our "trouble spots" and the magic he worked on them. I am excited to share the space with my friends and family and really utilize the space more than ever.
