Shauna was a great technician! She was thorough in her explanation and instructions, did a great job cleaning the carpet, was quicker than I expected, in general, a very positive experience.
It was thorough and extremely quick. It took longer to walk him through the house and show him what all I wanted done than it took for him to actually clean it.

I was very please with the technician who performed the cleaning for our house. He was very professional and discussed a few additional things he could do to enhance the cleaning of the carpet. He was not overly pushy about it which was great, but was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions.

Jared the technician was the best. Friendly, personable, pleasant and hard working.
Conversely Lisa the Office manager and Doug the General Manager are arrogant unprofessional cavalier jerks and are thoroughly disinterested in customer wants/needs.
This rating system is totally unfair to the technician because his paycheck is dependent on this 1 thru 10 rating. While the Ofc. Mgr. and General Mgr. chase away business with no customer rating system or repercussions for their negative to the company actions.
You were here when you said you would be. Your tech was very professional and she worked hard and was very thorough in doing the job, while at the same time being very personable and friendly.

From the time I called everyone was very friendly and helpful! A special shout out to Lisa for answering all of my questions and lining things up to have multiple houses done in one day. Peter the cleaner was very friendly and did an exceptional job! We were very fortunate to have zerorez come to our rural community. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

It was great being able to have someone come out to my house on a Saturday.. we live on a farm about 45 mins from Omaha so getting service that far out was great.. the tech was awesome, she explained everything to me very well and made sure I understood.. she answered all my questions when asked.. I have 2 more families I’m hoping they will call to get their carpets cleaned..
