It was easy to make the appointment. They technician arrived early and call ahead to see if that was ok. He was very fast cleaning the 2 large rooms and 2 staircases and the carpets look great. Even better there were nasty odors after he left! Great service.

It was on time, fast and did a great job cleaning the spots from our carpet! I loved the fact there were no harsh chemicals or heavy soap feel after it was done. The only thing is that it took a while to dry and would have been helpful to have more fans going while finishing the other areas.

Our carpets look and feel great. We had a nail polish stain that the technician was able to remove. TJ was a fantastic technician. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. I highly recommend TJ and Zerorez.
