Horrible experience with the over the phone quote which she said cleaning would be $439. The total was $1,050 which 2.5 times amount you expected. She had me in a corner as they are here and will not budge on the price or should I say huge price difference. She did a good job but boy did I pay for it. Have a couple spots that still need touched up. Probably would recommend but would also share my bad financial experience.

This is the 2nd time I've had Zerorez services. The cleaning of my carpet is great! The staff is very professional, and courteous. They check out the areas to be cleaned. Then make a recommendation. Then the price. They have never recommended or pushed to do other services that I wasn't interested in or needed.
