It was quick, easy, and thoroughly done. The technician was pleasant and efficient. I love how the carpets look and smell after the treatment, though there are some spots that feel different than before. Not bad, just different. She also managed to get out some stains that I never thought would come out, so thoroughly pleased.

Tech was very polite and quick. Reservation person indicate dry time would be 2-4 hours, tech indicate 12-24, but with help of 3 high speed ceiling fans, box fan, rotating fan, dehumidifier and open window, got drying done in acceptable time.
