I am disappointed with the cleaning. After the carpet was dry I could still see some of the spots that had prompted me to have the carpet cleaned.

The biggest reason for using Zerorez is the lack of chemical use. I have also heard that with most carpet cleaning companies, it leaves soap residue and then your carpet gets dirty all over again because the soap residue attracts dirt.

The rugs we had cleaned with Zerorez look brand new and there is absolutely no smell. The technician who serviced our rugs, TJ I believe was his name, was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner.
