The technician was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The process took less time than I was expecting. We had a biological treatment done for a cat urine problem. I am not certain if the treatment completely cured the problem, which he explained that could be the case. We may have to have the extraction treatment or replace the carpet altogether but this isn't due to the technician.
Carpet is basically dry within a short amount of time. No hard sell for other services.

Some we added to the order others we did not. At no time did T.J. seem frustrated or elated by our choices. He is a professional and conducts his business accordingly. T.J. was fastidious and focused on his job. From another location I could hear his assiduous efforts on the carpets and the sundry other areas we had asked him to clean.
