We are so pleased with your service. This is the third time we have had you do our carpets. The service person was GREAT - never a worry when you have employees like him. The carpets are clean, there is no smell from chemicals, work is done quickly and efficiently.
Peter called in advance of his arrival time. Both he and his equipment were clean and in good shape. He took the time to explain what he was planning to do. He also explained the billing for the work he was going to do. He was efficient in the use of his time and knew how to use the equipment well. We are pleased with how the carpets look now. He did a good job and paid attention to the areas that needed special attention.

Grout and tile cleaning was great! Scott was our tech and he was very friendly and professional.
The technician were very professional and polite. Didn't have a problem with them it was the solution to cleaning the carpet it looks a lot better the second time, but it is still wet so I will save my review until the carpet dry tomorrow.
