My technician, Shauna, was excellent! She arrived on time, looked over my carpets and rugs, gave me options for cleaning, and allowed me to make up my own mind about what I wanted done. She was super friendly, and also efficient! After she had finished, she had me look over all the areas she had worked on, and requested that I call her if I had any questions or concerns going forward. Shauna was polite, honest, and thorough--one can't ask for more!
