Number one, your technician Scott was extremely good. He represents your company very well - articulate, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to do a great job. Number two, the results were phenomenal. We had not had our Stainmaster carpet cleaned in 20 years and it needed it! Just one cleaning made a world of difference - we couldn't believe the difference. Thirdly, I loved feeling like we could walk on the wet carpet with our bare feet and that it was also safe for our small dog. And finally, it was easy to get scheduled and to plan around the service date and time. Scott was punctual within the window of time provided for him to do the service. I will definitely use your company for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.
