I have been very pleased with Zerorez, I have used your carpet cleaning services two times now, and have been happy with the results. However, I did notice after reviewing my two invoices that for the same exact hallways I was charged $40 the first visit, and $60 on the next visit. So, maybe next time I'll only pay $20 for them :)

I received email confirmation when I made the appt., then a call as a reminder a couple days ahead of time and another call when they were on the way -- communication was great! Very informative when they arrived and cleaned entire main floor carpeting in less than an hour!
