The technician was very friendly and informative. She explained the process and was very thorough in completing the job. Not only does the carpet look great, but I can't believe how soft it feels! We also had the tile floor in our kitchen cleaned. I was a little concerned because the floor is Travertine, but it looks wonderful.
There is no chemical residue and the process is faster than any other.

Chris the technician... was very thorough. He was also helpful in explaining the process.. what "empowered water" is and showed us how much old soap he was pulling from the carpet. On the downside.. the vacuum suction pulled some of the carpet up from the tack strips along the edges... and also resulted in some slack and humps in the carpet when the job was done. Those seem to have subsided since... but the edges are still a little loose in places. Overall... very pleased.
