The technician who came out was amazing! He explained everything including how the product worked and expected results but was also honest about some pet stains that may not be perfect (but turned out great!). It was extremely quick and efficient. The smell from the pet stains was drastically improved if not completely gone. And really appreciate being able to do upholstery. Very pleased!

I have been very pleased with Zerorez, I have used your carpet cleaning services two times now, and have been happy with the results. However, I did notice after reviewing my two invoices that for the same exact hallways I was charged $40 the first visit, and $60 on the next visit. So, maybe next time I'll only pay $20 for them :)
The tech explained the process before he began. He seemed to take pride in his work and was careful not to damage the walls.
The only negative thing about your company is your pricing. You should not charge extra for hallways if the 3 rooms the customer had done is less square footage than your maximum square footage allowance.
Outside of that I was satisfied with your service.
