This is a very well run organization. They were able to give me a pretty close estimate of the costs over the phone which allowed them to schedule my job 2 days later. Their tech, TJ, called ahead and arrived on time then checked the verbal quote I was given which was accurate. I added a few more areas then the work was completed in a very proficient manner. TJ explained how their system works and the benefits of their system which I appreciated. The carpet looks and feels great. I would highly recommend ZeroRez.
