I was very pleased with the service I received from zerorez. Doug was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was able to get out some very stubborn stains one of which was rust. I will definitely use zerorez again.
Professionality, timeliness, ease of scheduling. I did the level one deodorizer however, and after drying for 24 hours I felt it smelled cleaner but almost kind of replaced with a cleaner wet dog smell if that makes sense. I didn't have my dog on it for more than 24 hours after it was done being cleaned. The technician was great and the carpet looks great. But the smell isn't completely lovely.

The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I was amazed at how well our 12 year old carpet looked after the cleaning. We had many pet stains. They’re all gone! Loved that there are no chemicals.
Fast, friendly and doesn’t use heavy detergents. I have a daughter with very sensitive skin so finding a company to clean my carpets with as little detergent as possible is important to my family. The gentleman that came was very professional and explained what he was doing through the whole process. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!!

Austin called when he was on his way. He was right on time. Walked through the house with us to see where we really wanted to be cleaned. He explained the process, offered us some protectant for our carpet but didn’t push it on us. (The last thing you want is someone pushing more stuff on you to buy). Once he was done he asked me to walk around and see if there was any places I thought needed more work. I was super happy with how it turned out. This was our “trial” to see how much we liked it. We LOVED how I turned out and we can’t wait to schedule the rest of the house!

I like the fact that no soap is used. Everyone that we have had has come to our house and did their jobs. Any questions that we have had has been answered. I am very thankful that my container is refilled for free anytime we have Zerorez provide service for us. I would not use anyone else to clean our carpet.
