I like that there are no harsh chemicals used to clean. The technician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that if there are trouble spots or areas that need touch up, they will come out at no extra charge to make sure that we're satisfied with the job.
Didn’t remove all the stains the first visit, they came back out and got it done right.
It leaves every fiber clean and fresh smelling. Some hard stains may not be totally removed but overall there is a reduction of the stain.
