Our carpets were filthy, and Connor, our technician, came in and worked on the carpet until it looked almost new. They adjusted the schedule, to fit mine, and spent excess time trying to get all the carpets cleaned. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Connor!

This was only the second time I have every used a carpet cleaning company - the 1st time was over 12 years ago. I liked that the carpets weren't cleaned by chemicals, the tech was polite and addressed any questions that I had. The smell from the carpet cleaning product was a little stronger than what I had hoped for and the carpets were a little wetter than what I would of preferred, had to use fans longer - but in the end the carpet looked good and smelled better.
I have loved their promptness and consistency. Excellent service and wonderful team of guys working diligently. I love my basement floor and I was amazed at their speedy work.

Technician, was on time, polite, explained the process, and was not pushing additional service or products. We were quite surprised how well the carpet turned out. We were convinced that it would have to be replaced that cleaning it would not have had the results we received.

I liked the fact that my carpet wasn't really wet and the young men that came out knew what they where doing. You can tell they felt comfortable doing their job, which means they where trained well.
