Zerorez was very professional and helpful despite our carpet being beyond saving. We appreciate the help trying to salvage the carpet through the cleaning but the odors from the previous tenants just did not come out.
I received service from Zerorez for a 2nd time on 8-23-19 and I just received this survey so this is why I am late on replying. The service was once again great and my technician, Austin Sharon, did a fantastic job and explained everything to me. Austin was actually double booked for my time slot but he still made it work. I am very satisfied with both him and the company.

Technician took the time to examine the carpet and suggested a solution to a problem area. Carpets looked great afterwards. Only complaint would be price. Even with a coupon discount it was pricey comparatively. But you do a great job.
