Carpets get clean with a minimum of soap and water. Service technician was punctual, courteous, and did a good job.
Very friendly and professional. We had some pretty tough stains and our technician took the time to make sure he pretreated everything. He also explained the billing beforehand and the entire cleaning process. Awesome service!

Our technician, Lucas, is just so knowledgeable about all things related to Zerorez! This time we added a couple living room chairs to the work. And, he coached us on how to the 2 he could not; those need a dry-cleaning product. And, then there is the carpet results! Just perfect! Thank you for having such great products and staff!
