The technicians are on time, diligent, very pleasant, and thorough. The products clean very challenging stains from coffee and wine and tracked in dirt to serious pet stains to the difficult stain from defrosted meat because of a failed freezer. Our carpet is 33 years old and is cream colored. i'm very loyal to Zerorez.

I received a quick response when I called to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. The technician who came to my home was very friendly, explained the cleaning process.
