The carpet and couches were clean and did not have a soapy residue or feel to them. The technician was extremely kind and efficient.
The service and results were good. However the stain resistant treatment did not work. Unfortunately, my cat stained a treated area the next day and I can’t get it out. Otherwise I am very happy.

The tech did a really good job
It was a pleasant experience. First they explained what the cleaner contained and that no chemicals were in the cleaner and it was all plant based, which was good to hear for me. The tech explained the process before he began cleaning.
I was pleased with the results, as the carpet looks great and no orders remained like I have experienced before when having a carpet cleaned.
