The staff at CC Trek are knowledgeable and prompt. I couldn't believe they tuned up my bike in a couple hours. They knew I had a tight schedule, now I'll have my bike for the whole week.

Jordan was phenomenal! Super helpful from helping me order my bike over the phone (while i was in hawaii and not local!), figuring out a way for me to pay over the phone, and getting it delivered/assembled insanely fast, completely bypassing the 1 year lead time on the new Roscoe 6s. When I came in and realized I might want to upgrade to the 7 he had on display, he wasn’t pushy and made sure i rode both bikes (especially the less expensive option) to make the right choice. The entire ordering process was extremely smooth and easy to follow along with. thanks guys!
