Purchasing this bicycle was an awesome experience.

I called Melissa at the store, she checked for the inventory I was searching for.

Not able to come to the store that day, she put it on hold for 24 hours until I could get there.

In the meantime, she sent me an invoice on email and stayed in touch.

When I got to the store, Melissa immediately offered to have me test ride it to make sure it met my needs.

She and another gentleman explained everything about the bike, the warranty, adjusted it, added a phone caddy and bottle caddy and made sure the bike was good to go.

Further, I first went to the Wellington Florida Trek store. They didn't have the bike I was looking for but they looked it up and found the one in Coconut Creek. They were also extremely friendly and helpful.

My experience with this brand, product and people so far has been amazing and so appreciated.

Frankly. My bike now rides too smooth, too easy and there is no clunking. Grinding. And I can stop easily. And the whole gear changing thing. Really? It’s not supposed to be this smooth and effortless. (;-). Love my BRAND NEW USED TREK! It’s 28 years old and rides like it’s brand new. Great job and I recommend the Trek Gang 150%!!! You just brought my Classic back to life.

The service and professionalism of this shop compared to similar shops is like day and night. I won’t say which one but I had a service done at another Trek shop which I was unhappy with. I got the bike back and it was ghost shifting . It was just a limit screw that should’ve been handled with my service package also they never told me I needed to change some cables and the crank for the pedals I don’t mind paying to have something done when it’s done right and explained properly. Jeff Vinny Harrison and the young lady are all on top of their game. They show the parts and explain what the benefits would be in changing them . Fair pricing and you will get what you pay for. Vinnie and Harrison are master technicians . I recently brought in another bike to have a lot of work done. To make a long story short I recently spent about $700 and feel the money was very well spent. And everything they said they would do they did. I highly recommend this shop if you want the work done right the first time.
