Customer service was the best! The two people at the store (lady and gentleman - sorry, I didn’t get your names!) went out of their way to help us. She set up our bike with all the extra trinkets we bought and he helped us get the bike into our car and even tied up a rope to our trunk. They were very knowledgeable on the products and overall professional and pleasant. We will be back.

We're Trek fans and Wisconsin natives, so we're very familiar with the brand. We thought the service was great from the time we entered the store until our new bike was loaded into our truck. The overall customer service experience felt like we were in Wisconsin, which sadly, is hard to find in South Florida. Thank you very much! Bravo!

Nice friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable cost shop. I have a very old TREK and they were thorough in addressing my bike issues and were able to secure the parts needed to get my bike repaired. Good communication throughout the process. Great place!

Jeff gave great advice with respect to what I really needed versus just buying all kinds of stuff. He explained what I needed and why. He changed my crankset, bottom bracket and cassette in under 45 minutes. I love the service and attention to detail. I send all my friends to Coconut Creek Trek!
