All good. I brought my bicycle that needed an adjustment to the front derailleur- when I got in to the shop I was the friendly greeted by Josh, even though he was busy, in no time he started inspecting my bike. The adjustment was more than I initially expected, but he fixed it somehow. The service was second to none and the price reasonable. I highly recommend their store located in Coconut Creek.

Their patience, professionalism, great customer service to start. I have been to the shop several times over the last month and I have experienced what a customer wants to experience. Great quality experiences. Jeff, Johnny, and Jof have all been exceptional in my time there. From buying a new bike, servicing a few, and fitting to the right sizes. Brought three bikes in for minor tune-up type work. The staff was extremely friendly and chatted with me while they did some work. Also educated me a bit on how to care for my bike. I don't own Treks, but will continue to use them for repairs and service.
