Patrick Knox’s wheel building, that’s why I shop @ whatever FWB location he works at. Also the fanatics discounts and that I can normally find the parts I need or they can be obtained.

Freewheel is my first choice for bike-related gear. Knowledgeable staff at every store, great selection of products and several convenient locations. I've been a loyal customer for over 50 years (back as far as the original Penn Cycle in Richfield, MN.) Parts, clothing, accessories and most of all, bikes. Great service regardless of what I've needed. Bike stuff sold by bike people.

Great service! The service agent inspected our bikes first and explained everything we needed. I do feel we were "oversold." He was also very helpful explaining and applying the rewards program. Service was completed on time, too.
