Great brands in the store and a good variety of bikes. Most of all, the level of customer service is outstanding. We worked with Cody to buy two bikes and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He made the experience enjoyable and we were extremely satisfied with our purchases.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and NOT pushy. Worked with a couple different staff at the cedar riverside location to make my bike purchase - and both were great. Then the free 100 mile tune-up at the location on Grand - service person was awesome, helpful, and taught me some stuff.
