Kay was excellent to work with. I found her to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'm thrilled with my Salsa Warbird. She convinced me to pull the trigger, and I'm glad I did.

The bike mechanic was also lovely to work with.

I had a race coming up and countless shops I called were multiple weeks out for getting in for a routine service. I called this shop and Aaron was able to get me in within a couple of days and my bike back to me shortly after. Great and friendly staff to work with. Will be coming back.
