I came in with a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. The mechanic didn’t have to fix my flat on the spot, but he did. Because of that, I was able to use my e-bike to get around all weekend instead of scheduling out the repair for 24 or 48 hours, and being all cooped up inside. I’m disabled, and my e-bike is my mobility device. We live in a car-free household, so it’s also my main form of transportation. The mechanic’s kind actions really meant a lot to me and helped me participate in multiple social and recreational events over the weekend. Thank you.
