I came in with a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. The mechanic didn’t have to fix my flat on the spot, but he did. Because of that, I was able to use my e-bike to get around all weekend instead of scheduling out the repair for 24 or 48 hours, and being all cooped up inside. I’m disabled, and my e-bike is my mobility device. We live in a car-free household, so it’s also my main form of transportation. The mechanic’s kind actions really meant a lot to me and helped me participate in multiple social and recreational events over the weekend. Thank you.

Marcy was incredibly helpful! 10/10 customer service and knowledge. I appreciated her taking the time to understand my needs and the recommendations she offered to fit those and my budget. She also gave me some great recommendations on finding groups to ride.

I was able to pick up a park tool product right at the store and found parking out front easily. Lots of nice bikes.
