I’ve been there a couple times and assisted with different people, I bought my bike, get check and repair and guide through different options for accessories in order to drive safe and with what I need. I love it, really kind and interested in my needs.

Your SUPER staff. Kay has helped me during several visits. She is knowledgeable and kind. She even helped me with getting my bike off and on my bike rack. I stopped in with my 15 yr old Cannondale that I was debating repairing. Kay helped with the pros and cons of spending over $300 to repair, given the bike is the wrong size for me.

Other staff members have been very supportive as well! Sorry, can't remember their names at the moment.

It is great having Freewheel in the neighborhood.

The company and customer service are amazing!! From the moment I purchased my new bike to the tuneup and replacement of custom parts I needed to keep my favorite hobby in motion I was treated like I was the only customer they had despite the busy schedule they had to complete, I was very satisfied in every aspect. Friendly service & quick to help me find what I needed... I was the only one in the store though.
Selection is somewhat limited, and prices for their anniversary sale were about the same as competitors, except odd sizes. Nice mix of serious bike gear and entry level stuff.

Everyone was very pleasant and knew their stuff. I was handled efficiently and effectively. It seems as though all associates enjoy working there!
