She should be getting a raise, though she never talks about what she makes, only that she likes the job and people she meets. Well I've never run out of propane. And I had a problem with a valve on the tank and service man was there the same day and replaced the problem valve.

Lina, our delivery person, is very efficient yet respectful. Delivery to our property requires coordinating for gate unlocking and two dogs. She is very cognizant and calls to let us know she is coming. The office personnel are equally friendly and accommodating. The personal touch goes a long way in these impersonal times!
