Chad took great care of me. Going the extra mile so I didn’t have to. Communication was prompt & clear. He answered all my questions even sent me a video of the purchase when asked. I was comfortable making the 3.5h drive out.

The folks at 4 seasons rv are professional and courteous. I got a great deal plus a very good offer on my trade in. Even thought they were obviously very busy they took the time to show me what I needed to know about my new travel trailer and made sure I was comfortable using the weight distribution hitch which I was a little worried about. I would highly recommend these folks when you're ready to get a high quality product and service.

just brought my new trailer home and the sales and service personnel have been very helpful and timely in deailing with the issues i have had with my battle borne battery which is no longer holding a charge. The pricing and willingness to negotiate was the reason i decided to take the risk of buying a trailer in medicine hat when i live in calgary.
