Very accommodating. I found the trailer that I liked but needed a second a/c unit installed. I was also going to be taking it quite a distance to work. They looked after getting the A/C unit installed and repacked the bearings all while I was away so that when I came back the unit was ready to go.

The sales guy Ken is great always there to answer questions and help us when we had an issue. Your service guy that came out to fix our issue was awesome. We called the service department at 5 pm and he was out at our site that evening and fixed it. We are happy we choose four seasons to deal with. You have a great team of people

I found all the staff at Four Seasons RV in Medicine Hat to be extremely great to deal with. They were professional, personable and very accommodating.

They made the process of trading my trailer in and buying a new one very easy and the service staff was terrific about swapping my weight distribution system from my old trailer to my new one and getting it set up for me.

This is my first RV I like very much, not to big or small just right for my family. Still learning the ways of owning and using an RV to camp site. Had my first last weekend. It was nice experience.

grand design still makes a good product.with the trade to downsize it will take us awhile to get used to this new trailer.so far we are enjoying it the brightness is really nice and the colors help.medicine hat has always been our go to place and mike rahal is very good to deal with.this is our third trailer from them.we have not had a chance to pull it very far loaded so not sure about the pulling yet

Ken S was fantastic to deal with. I sent an online inquiry and received a prompt reply. We wound up making a deal on a new Grand Design trailer, and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Sonya looked after the financing, and the paperwork was a breeze. They did a complete walk-through of the various features, and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left.
