I bought a trailer from Regina location an alliance delta. When I was in Medicine Hat I hat problems with my trailer awning and the med hat dealer came to my camp site and got me fixed so I could pull trailer home without any problems

We were in a tough spot when our house and fifth wheel burnt down and Sonya and Mike at Four Seasons did everything in their power to get us our new fifth wheel to call our home as soon as they possibly could. They made the process simple and fast from start to finish. They set us up with absolutely everything we needed to drive straight from the dealership to our campsite home. We are so grateful for their compassion and generosity in our time of need. We are truly so thankful!

From Ken in sales to Mack in demo, Raine in service, and Erin in Finance all were friendly and helpful ever step of the way.

We dealt with Erin, the fiance person. She was great and very efficient.
We would recommend the dealership, however we would also tell them to make sure the trailer is thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Unfortunately for us, ours was unbelievably dirty and took hours to clean properly. The plastic had been removed from the loft mattresses and left in the lofts, not sure why anyone would remove them. I don't think anyone actually inspected the trailer before it left the dealership.
So yes we would recommend the dealership based on Erin but we would make sure they absolutely made sure the unit was properly detailed.

Easy to deal with

Amazing customer service! Ken was able to show us a trailer that had a better layout. Its our second trailer we have bought from Ken. Mack did the trailer demonstration perfectly. He showed us all the new upgrades in the trail plus hooked our phones up to the control panel.
